Kyle Nelson is the President of VINCIT, Oklahoma’s only integrated design-builder, dedicated to redefining how projects are conceived and delivered across the state. After nearly 20 years in corporate construction, Kyle helped launch VINCIT in 2018 to pursue a more entrepreneurial and integrated model.
In just seven years, VINCIT has become known for bold, award-winning projects such as The OAK development, Chisholm Creek, The Lively Hotel, The Ellison Hotel, Natsukashii, and now Oklahoma City’s first mass timber office building—Guernsey’s new headquarters at Alley North. Kyle’s approach challenges the traditional boundaries between design and construction, rejecting silos and breaking the corporate mold to deliver projects with greater speed, creativity, and accountability—raising expectations for what owners, architects, and builders can achieve together.
