Will Hon has been a key member of MANICA for 16 years bringing expertise in arenas, stadiums, training facilities, and venue analytics. As the Principal & Technical Director, he combines visionary design with methodical execution to deliver creative, functional, and coordinated solutions that generate incredible revenue, while enhancing fan experience and creating iconic placemaking. He has led design teams on over $5.5 billion in constructed projects, including New Nissan Stadium (Nashville), Chase Center (San Francisco), Progressive Field Renovations (Cleveland), Freedom Park Stadium (Miami), the Raiders HQ & Training Facility (Las Vegas), Nets Training Facility (Brooklyn), & Inter Miami CF Training Facility (Ft Lauderdale). His portfolio also includes major international projects in Moscow, Shantou, Milan, London, Nagoya, and Seoul – as well as the new Chicago Bears Stadium (currently in design) and the new Oklahoma City Thunder Arena, which is currently under construction.
