Hope Anley, AIA of GH2 Architects
Hope Anley is an architect and team lead at GH2 Architects in Tulsa. She has been an active member of AIA Eastern Oklahoma since 2022, serving on its Board of Directors as Associate Director, Director, and Treasurer. She also chairs the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee and has been a member of the Young Architects Forum (YAF) Committee. In recognition of her contributions to the profession, she received the Emerging Professional Honor Award in 2024.
Beyond her local involvement, Hope has contributed nationally through her work with National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). She has served on the Experience Committee, which is responsible for updates to the Architectural Experience Program (AXP), and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, which evaluates NCARB programs and policies to identify and address gaps in equity and inclusion.
Candice Leinneweber, AIA, NCARB, NCIDQ, WELL AP of MA+ Architecture
Candice Leinneweber is a licensed architect and Director of Design at MA+ Architecture in Central Oklahoma. She is deeply committed to supporting the next generation of architects and has served as an NCARB Licensure Advisor for her firm. In this role, she provides guidance to emerging professionals navigating the AXP and ARE, helping them understand licensure requirements, track progress, and build confidence throughout the process. Candice has mentored multiple licensure candidates within her firm, offering practical, experience-based advice grounded in real project work. She is also actively involved with AIA Central Oklahoma, where she helps lead efforts to expand K–12 exposure to the field of architecture. Her approach focuses on making licensure more accessible, connecting candidates to resources, and fostering a supportive environment where emerging professionals can grow into confident, well-rounded architects.
Candice is also involved in broader industry conversations through her participation on the Edmarket Architecture and Design Council and was recognized with the Edmarket National NexGen Award for her contributions to mentorship in architecture. In addition to practicing architecture for 10 years, Candice has nearly a decade of teaching experience at both Oklahoma State University–Oklahoma City and the University of Oklahoma, where she has helped students connect academic learning with professional practice.
