M. Bradley Gaskins, AIA, NCARB, CASp, APAC-BE is a registered architect with over 4 decades of experience in architecture, code compliance, and professional practice. Licensed in as many as 30 states during his career and currently licensed in 19 states, Brad serves on the Oklahoma Board of Architects, Landscape Architects & Licensed Interior Designers, where he is a member of the Investigations Committee and has previously served as Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Secretary/Treasurer. Brad has participated in numerous investigations involving responsible control, sealing practices, standards of care, and professional conduct. He is Managing Principal Emeritus of The McIntosh Group and has worked on more than 11,000 projects nationwide during his career. His experience as a practitioner, board member, investigator, and expert witness provides a unique perspective on the challenges architects face in meeting their professional obligations while protecting the public health, safety, and welfare.
