Kenny Kay is President of Walco Building Products. After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2010 with a degree in Finance, he joined K&K Sales, a manufacturers’ representative firm founded by his father, Ken Kay. There, Kenny built his early industry experience representing low-slope commercial roofing systems, including Sarnafil, Siplast, and Soprema.
In 2015, Kenny acquired Walco Building Products, a manufacturers’ representative firm founded by Larry Walters who represented Berridge Manufacturing. Under Kenny’s leadership, Walco has expanded its presence across Oklahoma and Arkansas and grown to a team of eight. Walco currently represents Johns Manville, Berridge, and Karnak in both states.
His expertise spans low-slope roofing systems, single-skin metal roofing and wall systems, roof maintenance and coatings, skylights, and waterproofing. Kenny works closely with architects, contractors, and building owners to provide technical guidance and identify effective solutions for complex commercial building projects.
Outside of work, Kenny and his wife, Keri, enjoy slow weekends and spending time with their beloved dog, Pockets.
